1. Introduction

Shree Capital Research Centre provides research-based investment recommendations (“Calls”) to help clients make informed decisions. These guidelines ensure transparency, compliance, and client safety.

2. Scope of Services

Advisory services are strictly research-based and non-discretionary.
Clients receive recommendations via authorized channels (Mobile App, WhatsApp, SMS).
We do not manage client accounts or execute trades on behalf of clients.

3. Client Eligibility & Onboarding

All clients must complete the mandatory risk profiling before receiving advisory calls.
Only clients who provide accurate personal and financial information are eligible.
Onboarding is confirmed only after subscription payment and KYC verification.

4. Advisory Calls & Communication Policy

All investment recommendations (“Calls”) provided by Shree Capital Research Centre are subject to strict privacy and operational protocols:

Mode of Delivery: Calls are delivered via encrypted SMS, WhatsApp, or our secure Mobile App. Unauthorized third-party links are not used.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property: Calls are for the exclusive use of the subscribed client. Sharing or publishing them is prohibited and may lead to service termination without refund.
Data Logging & Compliance: All advisory calls are logged and archived for 5 years to meet regulatory requirements.
Client Acknowledgment: Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Clients are responsible for trade decisions.
Communication Security: Verify authenticity of all communications. Report suspicious messages to compliance@shreecapital.com.

5. Non-Handling of Client Accounts

We follow a Non-Discretionary Advisory Model.
We do not access client accounts, passwords, OTPs, or login credentials.
Clients execute trades independently based on advisory calls.
Report anyone requesting account access to compliance@shreecapital.com.

Important: Protect your credentials. Shree Capital will never ask for passwords or sensitive information.

6. Risk Management Strategy (RMS)

Stop-Loss Protocol: Every advisory call includes a mandatory Stop-Loss (SL) level. Strict adherence is advised.
Capital Allocation: Diversify investments; do not allocate more than 10–15% of total capital to a single recommendation.
Risk Profiling: Clients are assessed as Aggressive, Moderate, or Conservative. Calls align with risk tolerance.
Position Monitoring: Review positions periodically and adjust exposure based on market conditions.
Contingency Measures: In extreme market volatility, temporary suspension or additional alerts may be issued.
Educational Support: Clients receive webinars, tutorials, and materials to understand RMS principles.

7. Client Support & Grievance Redressal

Support Channels: Contact via Mobile App, WhatsApp, or support@shreecapital.com.
Grievance Redressal: Complaints are handled in 7–10 business days following a structured process.
Transparency: Clients may request records of advisory communications and research reports.

8. Subscription Terms & Renewal

Subscription Period: Advisory services are provided for a defined term. Renewal reminders sent 15 days before expiration.
Refund Policy: No refunds for partial service usage. Exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis.
Account Termination: Subscriptions may be suspended or terminated for policy violations or misuse.

9. Regulatory Disclaimers

Market Risk: All investments carry risk. Past performance does not ensure future returns.
No Guarantee: Shree Capital does not guarantee profits or capital protection.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their trading decisions based on advisory calls.

10. Market Volatility Guidelines

High Volatility Advisory: During volatile periods, follow risk management protocols and SL levels strictly.
Temporary Suspension: Certain calls may be withheld to protect clients during extreme market conditions.
Communication Updates: Clients are notified via official channels of critical market developments affecting calls.
