1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Shree Capital Research Centre services, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Shree Capital provides research-based advisory calls; trading is executed independently by clients.
Services include market analysis, stock recommendations, risk assessments, and educational content.
We do not guarantee profits, investment returns, or capital protection.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for all decisions based on advisory calls.
It is the client’s responsibility to verify information before making investment decisions.
Clients must maintain confidentiality and protect their account credentials.

4. Non-Discretionary Model

All advisory calls are non-discretionary; Shree Capital does not execute trades or handle client funds.
Requests for account access, OTPs, or login credentials must be reported immediately to compliance@shreecapital.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, research, and advisory calls are proprietary and protected by copyright.
Clients may not share, publish, or distribute content without written permission.

6. Payment & Subscription

Services are available on a subscription basis; payment must be made before activation.
Subscription renewals are the client’s responsibility unless auto-renewal is enabled.
No refunds are provided for partial use of services unless explicitly agreed.

7. Risk Disclaimer

All investments involve risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Clients must use risk management protocols like Stop-Loss and diversification.
Shree Capital is not liable for market losses incurred by clients.

8. Termination of Services

Shree Capital may suspend or terminate services for policy violations, non-payment, or misuse.
Clients may terminate subscriptions anytime, but refunds are subject to the subscription policy.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Client data is collected and stored securely for compliance and service purposes.
All communications are encrypted via authorized channels only.
Data is retained as per regulatory requirements and not shared with unauthorized third parties.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in accordance with applicable regulations.
Clients agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in the jurisdiction of our registered office.
